Buyer Agrees:

1) That the puppy is not being purchased for resale and will never be sold to a pet shop or a puppy mill.

2) To continue all vaccines and proper veterinary care. It's critical that the puppy has vaccines through 16 weeks, then once a year thereafter. Continue to treat for worms, parasites, heartworm, mosquitoes and fleas, through it's life.

3) Puppy is to be examined by a veterinarian within the first 72 hours after being received. If at that time, the health of the puppy is found to be at risk due to a congenital defect (existing at birth) owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian describing puppy's condition in detail and shall return the puppy to the breeder three days from examination.

4) Breeder is not responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving breeder's possession, puppy is now in your care.

5) Breeder is never responsible at any time for any veterinary bills.

6) To never place the puppy/dog in a animal shelter or a rescue center.

7) Puppy/dog is never to be tied or chained up outside for extended periods of time.

8) If for some reason you are no longer able to care for your dog from Thumb Coast we request that you return the dog to the breeder at no expense to the breeder along with the AKC papers.

9) Puppy/dog WILL NOT BE USE FOR BREEDING. Puppy herein is sold with limited AKC registration.

10) NOT to neuter/spay the puppy before 18 months of age.

Breeder Warrants:

1) That the buyer is purchasing a purebred puppy.

2) Breeder will furnish to the buyer the puppy's AKC papers.

3) Guarantees puppy has had proper care to date and has been checked by a veterinarian at 8 weeks of age.

4) Puppy has received it's first vaccines, has had rear dew claws removed, has been microchipped and has been dewormed 4 times.

5) Medical records will be furnished at time of purchase.

6) If puppy is found to have a congenital (present at birth) condition that puts it's life at risk, breeder will replace puppy with an available puppy of the same value, or when one becomes available, which is the only option, no exceptions.

Breeder Guarantees:

1) The puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making euthanasia necessary until one year of age.

2) If the puppy is diagnosed by a reputable veterinarian, upon receipt of a letter stating that in his/her professional opinion said condition IS congenital, the puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value at the breeder's convenience.

In the event of SEVERE hip or elbow dysplasia (Grade 4) before 1 year of age and is deemed due to genetic causes, the following procedure MUST be followed..

1) Notify breeder by phone

2) Submit x-rays to breeder for evaluation by breeder's veterinarian.

3) The cost of x-rays and examination by buyer's veterinarian shall be paid by the buyer. The cost of x-rays and examination by breeder's veterinarian shall be paid by the breeder.

5) A replacement puppy will be provided, but the replacement puppy concludes this guarantee.

6) Early neuter/spay in large breed dogs is a HUGE contributor of hip dysplasia. If buyer neuters puppy before 18 months of age this health guarantee is not valid.

These guarantees apply ONLY as long as the puppy is owned by original owner named in this agreement.

This written sales agreement contains all the terms of this puppy.

No refunds will be given. All deposits are Non-refundable and all sales are final.

By signing below the buyer and breeder are agreeing to all the terms of this agreement.
